Guest guest
One of the dynamics of international newsgroup participation is the opinions and experiences of trainers, scientists, etc. from all over the globe. One of the problems is understanding the nuances and the usage of English by those who are not native to the USA. The continuing curse from the Tower of Babel. It is my understanding that Siff (and others) utilize " international English " and I am looking for a dictionaries or thesarus that address this " international English " as to sentence structure and meaning of words. Any help would be appreciated.
