Actually, the bones in the head don't fuse until adulthood. (I've heard it

may be as late as 30 years old!) It's just that with slow growth and more

skull rigidity, after two years caranial molding is not an effective

therapy.

Of course, at his age the bones in his head shoud all be fused so it may be

hard to determine if they were prematurely fused or not.
