You go girl! I have a really good feeling about your external review especially

since you heard from and will be able to ask for the same review board. I

think you had every right to be snippy with the people at Cigna. They are in the

customer service industry and if they don't want to provide good customer

service then snippy is what they will get in return. You did the right thing.

The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
