Guest guest
Hi , My first thought after reading your post was also craniosynostosis. My daughter had x-rays and CT scans to see if she had it, so I know the worry you may be going through right now. I learned, though, that the surgery to correct cranio is extremely successful. The plastic surgeon that ordered the CT scans told me that surgery is typically done after 6 months of age because the baby is better able to handle the anesthesia. We were very lucky as Abby doesn't have cranio. There was a logical explanation for every bump and difference on her head. Hopefully your appt goes well. Hang in there!
