MAUI BUTTERNUT BREAKFAST 2 cups COOKED BUTTERNUT SQUASH 2 cups COOKED QUINOUA 1/2 tsp GROUND CINNAMON 2 Tbsp COCONUT OIL 2 Tbsp SESAME TAHINI FRESH FRUIT to taste, this morning it was PAPAYA (right off the tree) Precook BUTTERNUT SQUASH and QUINOUA and keep refrigerated Mix the squash and the grain into the blender or food processor add the other ingredients and blend into a pudding consistancy! DEE-LISH!
