I would be shocked if the parent in question from Oklahoma was dissatisfied with

Bill Barringer. He is highly thought of by Orthomerica (makers of the STARband)

- I've spoken directly with people from Orthomerica about him and they have

nothing but praise for him. If you were to use him I very seriously doubt that

you would be dissatisfied. That's just my two cents of course because everyone's

experience is different. Still, Bill is a professional through and through - he

obviously cares for children and cares for their well-being. I have nothing but

respect for him
