Hi - I live in Oklahoma just south of OKC. There happens to be a GREAT

orthotist in OKC and an excellent neurosurgeon as well. The neuro is Dr.

Francel and he is the best in the area. He is involved in extensive research on

plagio and cranio and sees babies with those conditions everyday. I'm copying

Dr. Francel works with an orthotist named Bill Barringer who makes a STARband.

He is fantastic! He worked with my daughter and we think he is wonderful. Tons

of experience and knowledge about plagio and banding therapy. His number is

are very knowledgable and the prices were very reasonable (for the medical

industry)!
