Guest guest
Hi Beck, Work is good I guess. The desk for the most part is low stress, and no overtime. This is pretty much what I was looking for. is doing very well at the dayhome, and in truth being in the dayhome has been good for him. He was quite shy and pretty much hung around me when we went visiting. Now that he's been around other children, and at someone else's house, he's much more social when we go visiting. 's walking very well now. He still tips over sometimes, and I'm sure glad is has his helmet. It's saved him so many times! His new words are vacuum (bakum) and hi. I have no idea why he picked up on vacuum, but he knows exactly what they are because he recognizes it at everyone's house. I heard a rumour that the government is proposing a 2 YEAR maternity leave! The only catch is that if you take the 2 years your employer is NOT required to keep your job for you. BIG DEAL! 2 years at home with my new child would be wonderful! After Mike is done school (8 more months) and is settled into a new job, we are going to try for #2 (hopefully a girl). It sure would be nice if they have that 2 year mat leave in place by then!
