Hi a,

I'm here in Calgary! I felt the same way as you with not knowing anyone in

Calgary who's child wore a band. Luckilly I ended up getting a chance to meet

Kendra and Kerry. It was SO nice to visit with someone who has experienced

what we are going through.

I've been finding I've been seeing more babies who NEED the band than those who

have the band. Not about to walk up and say " Hey, I notice your baby's head is

crooked. Have you looked at getting a DOC band for him? " Don't think that

would go over well! I've only had one negative remark. I was asked if I

dropped my baby on his head. I was so shocked! I simply explaned what the

band was for, but after I walked away from the person I thought of all sorts of

things I would have liked to have said. LOL.
