Guest guest
Hi Heidi: I am interested too, in how the helmet works. It sounds like they are doing a great job at Mayo as your gets a whole new helmet every month. I am sure that with that kind of attention he will have the roundest head in Minnesota!! LOL Do you have any photos of 's head before the helmet? If so, it would be great to scan them too. I live in Minnesota and as parents ask me about our DOC band, the only info I have for them is to go to Madison, WI, which is really a trek. How wonderful if the helmet at Mayo works really well, so at least there will be a good option here in the state. The CranioCap at Gillette Children's in St. didn't work very well for us, so I don't recommend it to anyone that asks me, and it will be great to be able to say " You can go to Madison, WI for the DOC band OR Rochester for the Mayo helmet " , and know a little bit about both. Great news, and great job. I will look for your info as you post it. Kind regards, , Rhiannon's mom > > > > 11 more? That is a lot. UGH! I hope they scan him rather > than > > > > cast!
