Okay, it is likely that you got a 2.0 version that is not " clinically unlocked " .

That means you have to find a clinician with a 2.0 brainmaster and pay that

person to provide you with a protocol, and you may or may not have to buy

individual minutes of training. This is a system BMer went to with 2.0, I guess

so they could continue to sell units to home users without risking problems with

the FDA.

By far your best and cheapest option, unless you have an amenable clinician near

you with whom you feel comfortable, is to buy BioExplorer ($383 on the

brain-trainer website), which will replace both your 1.9A and 2.0SE software and

completely unlock your unit. It will also allow you to use a lot of feedback

options that are only available on BrainMaster's 2.5 software, which is much

better than either of the ones you have, but which will still require an unlock

code. I think even the cost of upgrading from 2.0 to 2.5 is greater than the

cost of BioExplorer.

I open the program by selecting Brainmaster 2.0 Icon.

Setup/home screen opens.

I select Login to BM, login screen opens and I enter my Passkey and

hit OK.

I select folder selection, select trainee /study folder opens.

Yes it is. When you put in the passkey and serial number of the unit (they must

be matched) what message do you get relative to what is unlocked and included?

Best thing is probably to contact Brainmaster directly and ask for their help.

If you are getting this result on multiple PC's, then it is probably the unit.

information you have sent us.

They usually do respond. Are you on the brainmaster list, /group/brainm? I suggest asking your questions there.

I got an e-mail from Bill yesterday (which I answered with a cc to you). He

didn't know a name or serial number for your BrainMaster, and I couldn't help
