Guest guest
Hey, Does anyone know of any research that specifically investigates whether QEEG's change in response to Neurofeedback training? i.e., does neurofeedback change brain waves. I think this may be the subject of my dissertation.
Guest guest
there's plenty of research out there. check out the bibliography at www.isnr.org someone once corrected me: it's not the brainwaves (wave forms) that change, it's the proportion of one speed of brainwave to another that changes. I've seen plenty of presentations at ISNR that show the change in QEEGs, before and after neurofeedback training. The important thing to ask is, did the client get better? Did their symptoms resolve or get less distressing? Good luck on your dissertation...this field needs all the good research we can get!
