It's easier to list only my version as it's shorter. My version before

food:

1,000 mg L-carnitine

1,000 mg L-Acetyl L Carnitine HCL

500 mg L-Carnosine

100 mg R-Alpha Lipoic Acid

The LEF product contains:

750 mg **Acetyl-l-carnitine HCL

750 mg Acetyl-l-carnitine arginate dihydrocloride

1000 mg Carnosine

150 mg R-lipoic acid

50 mg Thiamine HCL

150 mg Benfotiamine

300 mg SODzyme

8 mg Luteolin

150 mg Rhodiola Rosea

I thought that the first 4 ingredients for each version was similar. I

usually get a B supplement in most days, but I don't typically take it

at the same time as my cocktail version. Some days I take luteolin, but

it does not seem to be a factor in the warmth reaction.

The heat effect kicks in after approx 20-30 mins & lasts about 30 mins.

I don't really discern any reaction from the LEF product. I used to

take variations of L-Carnitine & /or Acetyl-L-Carnitine. The difference

seemed to come about with adding the R-ALA. I wondered if R-ALA

amplifies the effect of any other supplement taken at the same time.

It shouldn't make a difference, but the R-ALA I'm using happens to be

from *http://preview.tinyurl.com/4braun *They sell the lowest price

I've found. I do not have an interest in this company.
