grade alcohol (small supply) in UK - or info on C & E regulations for

obtaining it??

No ideas when it comes to alcohol - One of my ess.oil suppliers have

told me that you need to be registered in order to buy it. I get some

when I go abroad, but I too would prefer pure grain alcohol than

synthetic pharmacy-grade that I usually get.
