ok... now i know ,,, over the past yr here and the discovery of the

mold . well talking to fellow renters who have thesame prob,,, the

ceilings dripping red water/rain ,,, then the ceiling after the

rain growing green mold ,,, they call pmannager he sprays clorex

and repaints,,, this is happening in a lot of the unites but the

few of us who stood up and got the mold experts in , had the

midigation done ,,, still finding mold due to the fact they did nto

midigate the whole unite / replace carpet etc ,,,well we were all

given a 3 day notince before possible rent renewal or request to

rent another unite notice that they will not rent to us ever

again!!!!!! i went to sister property and was informed the complex

in which i rent had the mother corporation and each comples has its

ouwn set of managers HOWEVER IF MY PROPERTRY MANAGER REFUSES TO RE

RENT OR GIVE MW A NEW UNITE NOTE I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EARLY WITH RENT

AND NO VIOLATIONS ,, NONE OF THE OTHER COMPLEXS IN THIS STATE OWNED

BY SAID CORPORATION WILL E ALLOWED TO RENT TO ME OR THE

OTHERS ,,,,, NOW ,,, THIS IS WRONG AND ILLEGAL ,,, I AHVE CALLED THE

STATE ,,, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ,,, SO I AM MONTH TO MONTH ALSO WITH

RENT INCREASE AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IF I GO TO DIFFERENT MANAGED

COMPLEXS THE REPLY WAS JUST BUY ,,,, NOW I HAVE ALL MY RENT RECIPETS

AND ASKED THIS YOU KNOW WHAT WHY ,,, AND SHE REFUSED I ASKED HER

WHY I DID NOT GET THIS NOTICE 06 DAYS AGO WHICH WOULD HAVE FALLEN

WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD FOR RETALIATION ,,, AND SHE SAID SHE JUST

DECIDED ,,,,, AND THIS IS WRONG BUT THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE AFRAID ,,

SO I HAVE DECICED AFTER I GET SETTLED WHERE EVER I AM GOING TO THE

MEDIA ,,,,, I AHVE HAD IT ,,,,, RT
