Lawdy,lawdy Miss Claudy! Plum Sauce!!!! My mouth is watering but

what would you put this on? I know apple chutney goes good with pork

but never had plum sauce. Sounds gooood!!

Well immediately the traditional .... any game re pheasant, duck, goose etc,

sausages vegi or not.....

but honestly I think I may try some with some fish..... just to try something

different. I have to think a bit as it might smother the lightness but actually

for winter months this might be real good. Possibly and oily fish re macheral,

mmmm have to think....

also cold with cheese.....pickles

apologies.......away from my recipe when wrote that one .....not cinnamon,

etc............non non non

Should write, plums, sugar, malt vinegar, salt, ground ginger, cayenne pepper,

and cloves....... yup that's more like it
