Darlene, I don't know if it's from the same plant you're interested in but Eden Botanicals has a nice ginger lily C02. I would not say the the scent is similar to gardenia. It is more woody/earthy/spicy. The botanical name is not zingiber but maybe the question mark means that the company was unsure? Anyway, I thought you might be interested. __________________________________________________

It's from the glorious flowers. H. spicatum is from the root, and I use it a lot, it's wonderful. I got some Hawaiian flower macerations from Liberty last year and I'm glad I only got samples. Totally weak and insipid. Whomever is sellin a maceration with frac. coconut oil *and* EOs is slightly outside of the definition of maceration, IMO. > > They say that the essential oil isn't on the market,India is > producing an interesting ginger lily but they are expensive. > The scent is of gardenia and is a great extender for valuable > flower oils when used as a carrier.Any info. Is it just me that hasn't found how to shop easily there? Do you really have to enter a key word in the search? There's no list of EOs? Weird. (I'm sorry) when you bring up the site ,don't put anything in the search box click search, it will bring you to the first page scroll down to bottom ,there will be a drop down box 1-100,101-200,201-300 ...the macerations are at 201-300 but another problem if you click the back button sometimes you have to refresh! such a pain!! I wouldn't blame you Anya if your ready to throw in the towel too! Darlene P.S. You don't have to be bothered with this, isn't it your birthday week? Have a Happy Birthday Anya! Libra yes? I'm a Leo/virgo so I'm told I turned 40 the 23 of Aug. strange but I really do feel like both more Leo though!!
