Thank you Kathyrn. I'm still tired but feeling better. I took two long showers

when I returned within an hour of each other. I'm drinking water too. I'm

shocked mold could do this so quickly! Thanks for the advice.

[] Re: Mold/Mildew at Doctors

It sounds like a toxicity reaction to me. Esp with the eyes involved. Maybe

someone else

could give more specific help, but I would drink alot of pure water and salty

food or snack

(I love salt), and fresh air, as much as you can get or stand. That is just

me, what helps

me. And a sauna or at least a hot bath. The sooner you can get that toxin out,

the better.

I am really sorry to hear this. I hope you feel better very soon.

The mildew in the building was so bad I could smell it through my mask. There

was no

opening to the outside except on the 1st and 7th floor. Even the stairwell

was musty. I

had to leave before I saw the doctor. My belly bloated up and I became

dehydrated. I'm

wondering if they fluid all went to my belly dehydrating me? Has anyone had a

similar

experience? Is this possible?

I think was

caused by adrenal overload.
