Guest guest
Portland Area Practitioners I'd like to place an order for Gastric String Tests, but they only come in boxes of 25. The cost is $12.00/capsule + shipping. If you would like a few of these to use in your Clinic, please contact me at drbenton@... sometime this week, if you'd be willing to split the order with me. For those of you who are not familiar with these, they are gelatin caps with a little string in them for stomach pH testing. The patient swallows the capsule (while holding onto the string.) After a brief period of time, the patient pulls out the string. You then check the color of the string against a pH strip to determine stomach acidity. It's a quick and easy way to demonstrate to a patient the status of their stomach acid. Thanks! J.
