I use Gdanski Spirytus...it is 95%. from a shop in Acland Street.

I was down in my local bottle shop (in Melbourne, Australia) run by a

Polish gentleman and I was chatting to him about looking for alcohol

for perfume making and he said he had some 95% alcohol from Poland,

cost about $50 a bottle for 500ml. He said you could use it for

perfumery, medicinal extracts and he used it (diluted) for making his

own fruit liqueurs. Can't remember the name of the stuff but if

anyone is interested I could go down and have a look, I put it on my

mental list of things to buy and try.

Hi Lara,

I like it much better than the lower alc.Vodka's that I used in the past.

It is not that much more expensive than what I used prior to this.

The few extra dollars are worth it to me.

Where in Melb. are you?

I live in Camberwell.
