Dear Kathy,

A great tool to pick up job descriptions for posts that you want to

research is NHS jobs (www,jobs.nhs.uk). So for example you can search

for school nurse jobs and that will bring up a range of posts across

England and at different bands and then download the local job

description.

For any Unite/CPHVA members who want to discuss their local banding
