Guest guest
I rather think you are right Woody - remember the Gestalt saying "The whole is greater than the parts" - sometimes think we forget this. Margaret Fw: Report from Socila Justice Early Years Comossion Report Dear All Thank you so much to for drawing this to our attention. I have attached the Exec Summary as it is worth reading (only 12 pages) and can provide useful further evidence to advocate for an adequaltley funded and resourced HV service Do read the attached document as it is very supportive of health visiting, it is an excellent read and states what we and many other organisations have been saying for a long time. See page 6 re HV service and the poll they conducted on HV on page 8. It adds futher weight to the Family and Parneting Institute Survey of 2007 on Health Visiotrs -an endagered species and the Netmums Survery. It is good to read such a common sense approach and a document advocating for a return to basics and what I call traditional health visiting.
