Guest guest
Tawny, I'm sorry that you didn't get good news from your doctor. You already knew about the masses, and you should feel good about finally having the problem addressed. I know you can't help but worry about breast cancer. Been there, done that, got the T shirt. I went in for my yearly mammogram, and had microcalcifications. I had a needle biopsy. I wasn't even worried, because I had done all the worrying two years earlier when I went through the same thing and did not have cancer. But surprise, surprise, this time the microcalcifications were cancerous. I sincerely hope that you do not have breast cancer. RA is enough for one person to have to put up with. Hopefully it will be something benign and harmless. We'll all be pulling for you. What kind of biopsy will you have? Guest guest
Sue, I'm really not sure what kind of biopsy I am supposed to get. I am in a fog right now, I feel numb. I will just do what I need to do, and pray that it all comes out alright. I will let you know more info when I find out, Tawny > > > Well, I made it back from the doctor, there wasn't a whole lot of > > good news. Guest guest
HeY Tawny, I am so shocked by all the bad news. I am in recovery from breast cancer. Had a lumpectomy and then a radical mastectomy. It is a really hard tme. If you have any questions, please, I would be happy to share any knowledge that I have. Have faith. They do so much now. And I know with your daughter in her future it has got to be so hard. Hey, I am here. Glad to help anyway I can. Guest guest
Hi Tawny, sorry you didn't get better news. If it is any consolation, my dil has lumps removed on a regular basis, she seems to be prone to this problem and, of course, we all worry each time she has to have one removed but so far each time the lumps are benign. My prayers for you will be that this will be the case with you. Take care and try not worry yourself sick. I know, easier said then done. Hugs June ----- Original Message ----- From: Tawny Well, I made it back from the doctor, there wasn't a whole lot of good news. I am kind of down right now, after all I went through today. I go back tomorrow for some lab work. There is a big mass between my armpit and breast. They also found two more under each breast. I go for a mammogram next week, and then a biopsy. They also think that I have cervical spine damage from the RA, and that is why I'm losing the use of my left arm. So, I will keep you all posted on what goes on, hugs Tawny
Guest guest
I pray things will be okay for you. I'm sorry you are going through this. My son had blocked lymph nodes in his neck but it was nothing. He just had to massage the area to get it draining. Guest guest
I just got home from Sun Valley. It is hard to explain what a wonderful experiance it was. When we arrived and met for the first time on Thrusday, it was like seeing old friends you haven't seen in a long time. We are truely sisters. That first night (after showing each other our boobs) We laughed had a little wine (well maybe alittle to much wine) and huged, cried and spent hours talking. It was such a healing weekend. It was hard coming home, knowning that I will not see these wonderful women again for a while. We all thought it would be a great Idea to make this a yearly trip. I wish that more of you could have joined us. But there is always next year. Love Cricket

Guest guest
Tina, I use Dr Janet's Glucasamine cream. I use just a little bit and it works great. If a muscle aches really bad I rub it in and get pretty quick relief. The pain never goes away completely but this helps. I have found that Dr Janet's glucasamine cream is the best. God bless, Althea
