I am thinking about taking garlic in pill form. Someone mentioned

garlicin or something like that from the health food store. What

are you taking? I too have had to cut back on supplements. I was

in the $200 range, and with trying to buy more organic, our food

bills were skyrocketing, so I have had to modify things a little.

I'm trying to keep the supplement cost down to $75-100 as well. The

fish oil according to mercola is an absolute must. Fish oil for

summer, cod liver oil for winter. It has some omega stuff that flax

doesn't. I think all that oil stuff binds with the toxins and the

sweat helps eliminate it.

What do you think I should do about the work out delimma? Do the

gym with sauna or buy a piece of equipment and experiment at home.

I can not make up my mind and this is driving me nuts! Can you make

an impromptu steam bath at home? Is that possible?

hugs,

Beth

Beth, I take all natural entreic coated garlic every day. Ask the health food store which is there best brand. I get whatever is on sale realy, as long as it is a good brand. I take flax in the summer, as I feel better on it, the fish made me sick to my stomach. I have read a lot on Flax seed oil, and believe it is just as good as fish (in the summer )or better in my situation and many women's it is a gently binder, great for hair and nails, balances hormones big time(I need that being on progesterone cream-fish doesn’t do nearly the same in these benefits) and really makes me feel good! I also eliminate much better (bowels) on it, rather than fish. Ever since I went on the Fat Flush plan, I swear by my Flax seed oil ,and have debated this topic with Dr mercola a few times in the last 6 months. When I was done with all I have read, and all, he was out of breath! He is a real big protein fan, so I am gathering he will say animal (fish) over seed (nuts) anyday. Believe me, I told him I wasn’t feeling all that great one day, and he told me to eat more buffalo. Ok? But I do take the cod liver oil in the winter, and 1/2 the flax still. my skin and hair-is beautiful on flax let me tell you! Huge differnce!

I do both with a gym and at home. I go to curves three times per week, and also have a at home workout aera, that I used long efore going back to curves. Me personally? I would get a treadmill, and perhaps try to use & later buy something at home for a sauna. Sorry, but the treadmill (listen to cds!) is nice as you can really puish yourself, or if you are having a "low energy" day, you can go at your own pace. I also do video tapes too , at getting the sweat out great, and we have a jucuzzi in our bathroom, so I add some salt and put it as hot as I can get it.About three times per week, I can only take it for like 15 min. Then Im outtie! Arg! I hate heat!

I know its hard to do with kids. (working out) But I get up to do workouts at home early, early before tyler. ANd the days I go to curves my neighbor and I watch each others kids. When you have little ones, home workouts are more doable, and easier to sneak away to. its hard to always make it to curves. things come up. but with my own equipment, I make a time and see it there at 6am. No questions, or delays. Its my time. Let me know what you do Love
