It looks like we're on a lot of the same stuff. I am taking All One

chelated multivitamin which is really working for me, first one

ever. Am taking flax oil, fish oil mixed in organic orange juice,

(julie it tastes fairly decent this way), still taking Milk Thistle

x, alpha lipoic acid, B-12, inositol. I don't feel that the b-12 is

doing a thing for me. I've heard that stomach acids can offset the

theraputic amount, so I'm thinking of discontinuing that one.

I've added Chlorella, am up to 3 capsules a day. The stuff makes my

tummy rumble, so it's taking me awhile to get there, also taking

cilantro tincture, 3 drops twice a day. , I've been studying

heavy metal detox for several months now and everyone is touting the

benefits of chlorella over chelation. At the rate I'm going, it

will take me a few months to get to the right dosage.

I've also been seriously struggling with the idea of an infrared

sauna for detox because it is a very powerful tool, but just can't

afford to buy one right now. My choices are a local gym that has

circuit training and a steam sauna, or buying a piece of equipment

I've had my eye own for several months and tinkering with clay baths

which look very promising for heavy metal detox.

I'm doing coffee enemas about every two weeks now. They are

exhausting to me and I just can't do them more than that. I can't

even imagine attempting a liver flush right now. Oh, I am trying

very hard to eat better, more fruits and veggies, organic if

possible. I bought some castile soap and am scrubbing everything

that isn't organic. I've had to go up on my meats though because I

started loosing more weight, and I need lots of protein to keep it

up. If I can get my weight up I am thinking about doing a modified

juice fast, something like a day and see what happens.

Boy, this is a lot of work!!
