Guest guest
Hello Daryl, great to hear from you! My vaginal were pretty much under control for the most part. I mean, they were so bad at one point, I could not have sex for one year. As you know, I had the tearing too! I think I got this bad flare up from eating sugars and junk. This is something I NEVER do. It makes a huge difference to stick with the diet! BUT I know that for me, this is a chronic condition, and I always have to be on top of it or it comes back. I am sorry that you have it too, but glad I have someone to talk to about it. Have you tried the boric acid capsules VAGINALLY? It has helped me tremedously. I make my own. It sooths the inside. I know that Kathy on the group here has had similar problems, and she has hers under control. She has helped me with some good advice.Yes, It is strange how life changes! I never thought in a millionn years that I would have a problem healthwise with SEX!! UGH! Hang in there Daryl, it has been almost 5yrs for me scince I first got ill(yes, that is a LONG time), but I am doing things that I never dreamed I would be able to do. I hope things continue to get better for you. Just give it time, and help your body with good nutrition. That is great that you went on a vacation for your birthday. I hope you had a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!! ANd I hope the rest of them are HEALTHY TOO!!! hugs to you. TERRY dimonds. I will email you my number if you want to talk... -- In , " Daryl " <daryljean@c...> wrote: > Hi Terry-I've been thinking about you lately, and am so bummed to hear your > vaginal problems are flaring up again.
