I am on the NMC register as Registered Nurse - Children and Specialist Practitioner - Children's Nursing. I did the SPQ course in 2003 for CCN. Although we can deliver through the University they need to be supported by an employing organisation for the practice component and not so easy to access. So you would need to do the full year.
