Hello , How are you? I saw your pictures. You and your family are beautiful! I read in an earlier post that you are getting ready to fast? How many days are you fasting? I am doing a 3 day juice fast on Monday(Patty will be fasting as well). That would be cool if we were all doing a fast at the same time, and can compare results. Hope all is well. Peace and health. Hello , This is my best Summer for me healthwise. I contribute

a change to the few 3 day juice fasts with coffee enemas that I have

done. I am going to do a 3 day juice fast with coffe enemas in the

am. starting on Monday. If I am feeling good from it, maybe I will

go an extra day or two also! That is great that we are all juice

fasting. Let's keep eachother posted, and see how it goes.peace and
