I am running out of time here so this has to be a quickie post, just

don't get too bummed, it'll work out. In the meantime a great idea,

get one of those balls, I bought one for less than 30 bucks, it is

awesome. I just worked out with it and it gets everything. You can

use it for core and legs and you can sit on it to do upper body with

dumbells and because you have to balance it stregnthens your mid

section (core), it is worth the small investment, it comes with a

whole littel routine too.

I LOVE IT!

PS hang in there, you can also get those bands that are allot like a

bowflex and way cheap, hell you can get a great buff bod using those

bands, check into em girlie.

I am so proud of you for trying this stuff so hard. It is tough to do

it, but the rewards are totally worth it.
