I can tell you how to do some exercises, for your legs you can get the ball up against a flat wall and then balance it standing in front of it against your back, then squat, OHHH yeah that hurts. You can lay on it and do crunches, you can also do a million other things. Search the internet and check out www.selfmag. com I think that is the address, if not search for it by name, also shape is another one I think that has the workout cards in it. you will like it.
