I have taken all of them but the coral so maybe that is something I

should look into. I was told that I have osteopenia in my spine about

3 years ago so I realy do want to take some kind of Calcium but I

just cannot take any of the ones I have tried so far. I was taking

those viactiv ones for a bit and they were bad, they made me get this

ganglion cyst on my finger. I went off it and it went away, then I

started taking the calcium citrate because I was told it was the

calcium carbonate in the viactiv that was bad, so then I ended up

with one of those cysts on my wrist bone. It hurst allot! I went off

the cal citrate and we found this other type of Calcium Citrate

(because that is supposed to be the best absorbed type) only it was

in a liquid form with magnesium and vitamin D in it as well. It

tasted pretty good and was easy enough to take, but sure as hell that

damned cyst is back on my wrist! I don't notice that my heels are

really worse or better right now, just normal, and a bit achey so not

sure if it is related to the calcium or not as far as my heels go,

the cysts I am 100% sure are related to it.

Anyhow we did tons of hiking and climbing on rocks and everything and

I still did not get bad heel pain so that is good news. Other than

these two issues I feel fabulous, better than I did at 30, full of

energy, and stamina is fantastic, so I just wish I could figure this

heel, calcium thing out.

thanks for your advice, I will try to coral next I guess, why not?

first I will let the cyst go away though.

Yes, and maybe you don't need that much calcium, especially if you were in

great shape at age 25 and you have been working out regularly with

resistance exercises.
