well, i'm back from dallas and beginning my 5th day of recovery.

surgery wise, i'm feeling great! hardly any pain at all, just a bit

sore esp. when i raise my arms too high. can't lift anything too

heavy so still trying to take it easy. but i can walk anywhere for

however long.

as far as my pain issues before the surgery (pain in elbow/knees

esp. when bend joints, heel and wrist pain) they are still there.

jury's still out and it's too hard to gauge as of yet. i do wanna

say that i feel less pain, but even back then i had my days when i

felt pretty normal... so still remains to be seen. however i am

very hopeful and optimistic. something in me, to the core of my

being, tells me i had to do this in order to regain my health. and

i am just *SO* glad to have these out of my body!

joann, i hope you continue to go through with this, i have NO

regrets this was best for my health and neither will you!
