This big increase is deplorable when salaries are frozen and jobs are

insecure. The NMC is particularly useless for health visiting and

even for nurses and midwives, it's a pretty unimpressive regulator

with some continuing evidence of dysfunctionality.

I don't know how they think they can justify this.
