Thanks for the information. Your really up on all this stuff, that is

so cool. Anyhow I realize I am not sick like I was and that i have

not got allot of food allegies and seem to do ok with most foods. I

just have a desire (I am getting older) and want to keep things

looking good and feeling good too. I just think that to detox and

contnue to do things to keep my health a priority that the rewards

will be worth it ya know! I have the exercise part down to a science,

so now I want to be more up to date and educated on the other stuff

that your doing. I have allot of diet and nutrition knowledge just

want to learn a bit more and become a bit better at doing the more

challening stuff.

I really do need to work on getting off caffiene again. I got some

new Chai that is 98% caffiene free and that I am hoping will wean me

down before our detox starts in Aug.

hugs and keep that info coming. Ya know it is fun to be able to

commincate with you and be on the same wave legnth. I respect your

energy and your willpower, your an inspriation to many people.

, and You are an inspriation to so many with your will power to work out and indivual testimony to how powerful exercise can realy be! And in pushing us to do so! So many women here need to work out more, stir up toxins! Get going! And your great ideas and all these compliments too! I only know all this crap as I was so sick ,and had to address so many things. Mercola found a million problems with me! HA HA Please I wish I didnt know all this crap! Love you,
