,

I got them out in March, so I'm at the 31/2 month mark. My left leg

has gone numb again and I'm having crazy muscle twitches. I just

want to cry. I have been trying so hard to get better and have

actually had several weeks of respite from this. From reading some

of the other posts, it almost sounds like a type of atypical

Fibromyalgia or something.

The only thing I've done is increase the intensity of my detox

baths. I add epsom salts, ground ginger to the bath for more sweat.

Then when getting out of the bath, I wrap in an old sheet and get

under blankets for more sweat. I am doing the baths about twice a

week, and these are my favorite methods for detox since the hot

water eases the muscle pain and tingling.

I really wish I could afford an infrared sauna, wah.

hugs,

Beth
