There are interesting things going on all around the country. Surrey is being taken over by Virgin Health and in South East Coast there is a real mixed economy of services all very different as there are emerging in the south west. Swindon is part of the local authority and has been for some time. The North seems to be a lot more conservative in its approach – for instance in North East there does not appear to be any social enterprises or private takeovers - I think they are all with Foundation Trusts, It is very clear that by 2013 the landscape in going to look very different.
