I just subscribed tonight. Glad to find out there's other people out there

with this stuff that has the doctors baffled. I'll be around.

Hi Janet

Well I am still here, TG!

I think it is the 'silly season', was up to 2.30am sending Christmas Cards

with Mom, then on the chat thing the following night, and am in need of

rest. I also got the " Ho HO Ho Merry Christmas " mat out, plugged it in so

the dog could get used to it! I did post a few true stories. I am off for an

operation on my eye tomorrow, nip and tuck, then I will try my usual

Christmas Party Trick, electrocution, as I get the lights out.

Love and God Bless

Gillian

I'm hangin' out. They're working me too hard. We have had to put up a new server yesterday, now we have to cart all the data over and re-link all our applications. Fun. I'm off to work early again, hopefully I'll get off early too. -dz-

Hi Jan----yes I'm still here but not as often

as I've been dealing with a lot of pain & depression...... I saw a

'nutritionist' & she told me I needed more protein...... so I changed

my ways of eating & this brought on the deep depression I followed

her 'diet for over 2 weeks.... by then I was feeling pretty lousy.....

So I quit & went back to my diet....high fiber-low protein(about 1/2

the protein she said I needed) with the hi-protein - my liver & system

cannot tolerate the hi proteins........ but I'm beginnig to feel a bit

better......the depression has lifted.....but still am having immense liver

pain......feels like I got kicked by a horse.......then being jabbed with

about 10 knives(that pain was just awful as it affected my kidneys too(the

protein)!! Hope you're not overdoing it after that surgery!!!!! I

think I read something about your cleaning out a shed!! It can wait!!

It took me about 6 months to heal all the way after that same surgery.

I only took about 1-1/2 months off from work--then it was light duty when

I did return.... So watch it Cajun Queen...... don't overdo & end up

sorry later!!!!

Lets see major surgery, major infection rehospitalization, getting a chest cold, it takes at least 6 months to heal internally for someone totally healthy..... hmmmmmmm elementary my dear .... you my dear are kicking your own rear around the block even trying to clean the shed! Love you dear friend as I do .... you must slow down a bit or your body will slow you down for you. Hugs Fluffy Re: [ ] Where is everyone?? Thanks dz: the abdominal push away is very good I also try to do

something plus for my tummy muscles(helps flatten & tighten)

Work those muscle in & out as many times as possible!! This really

does work(flexing them!)

I'm glad things are improving for you. It's nice to be able to enjoy

spring. I am usually suspicious of unusualy diets. My son-in-law is on

a high protein/no carb diet. My brother tried that with pretty good results,

but they didn't last. The exercise that works the best for me is the abdominal

push. That's where you place both hands in fronf of your abdomen and push

yourself away from the table. :) Seriously, though I just try to

increase my consumption of fruits and veggies, which is easier this time

of year, and decrease the redmeat/ animal fat products and get as mush

exercise as I can motivate myself to. Hope you have a blast on your trip!

Hi Terry, I just got home from Lowe's. I'm pricing stuff for our

basement. We're finally finishing it for my daughter and grandson.

The bathroom is finally framed in and I'm waiting for the plumber to

put the rough-in stuff in hopefully this week. I'm so excited! I

feel like I can actually take on a project!!

I haven't been sleeping well the last few nights though. Was I

reading that you take Xanax? I take .25 at night and up until just a

few days ago it seemed to work great. I'm wondering if I should

increase. I hate to take anything, but I've tried all the other

sleep aids and none of them work except Xanax. I'm wondering if it

is what is causing me to feel really edgy during the day. I feel

like I could just about kill everyone in my path! Not a good

feeling - and I don't know where it's coming from.

Talk to you later.

I just wanted to tell you that I took ativan for years which is

closely related to xanax. It was the only thing that relaxed me and

helped me sleep and I loved it. I never took more than 25-50mg a

day. At any rate, I finally started seeing symptoms from it and had

to get off of it. It was making me kinda of weird and my mom

saidthat she could tell the difference when I quit. I have wanted

at times to go back on it very badly, but I refuse to get hooked

again. There is a website about the benzophiadine family--which

both of these are---and you wouldn't belive the number of symptoms

they can cause. Many are the same we suffer from as implant

victims. Before I found out about implant symptoms, I thought maybe

the ativan was causing all my problems. It wasn't, but I did clear

up some symptoms when I stopped. Just a thought.

Hi Dave. Right now I'm looking foward to having snow. But come spring after one winter it might be differant. We will have to wait & see. I do know I will be happy living in a small town. Terry Zierhart <dhz920@...> wrote:

Hi Jan. I've been having trouble with my pc again. Somehow, I apparently screwed up the registry, I keep getting these "library not registered" errors. Outlook won't work for my email. Weather's been pretty good lately, but there's some snow in Minnesota coming our way.
