RE:LOW COST JUICER/to BETH

hello there Beth. How have you been feeling? I just bought a new

juicer. It is made by Hamilton Beach. I paid $29.99 for it. Not a bad

deal. It works pretty good. BUT a better juicer that I had was the

Juice Man(it is more sturdy), that cost around $40.00. I am tight

with money, so spending more than $40. for a juicer is off limits for

me. I find that these two work real well. Also, after I make the

juice I get a strainer(with TINY holes), and strain the juices to get

them more pure, and get rid of the gunk on top. My nutritionist told

me to do this. I incorperate the juice into my diet. Although lately

I have been slacking. Next Tues. I am doing another 3 day juice fast

with the coffee enemas. They have really helped my health alot! Hope
