Ok, this subject has gone on long enough; please take it private.

As list owners, Pattie and I have no way of knowing where or how members get

the goods and services that they offer for sale. When this post initial hit

the list its only violation at the time was being an unapproved ad. This

was taken care of privately with the posting member, as all matters of this

nature are.

I know that to many members this subject is very sensitive and hits close to

home. Because of this we have allowed the subject play on the list with the

intention of educating or at least making people aware of certain aspects of

this business of recipes and copyright issues.

OK so what she is saying in essence is if I post a recipe, she takes it,

sells it without my permission, and then expects me to NEVER tell anyone

about it again???? Who does this person think she is??? I know I'm quiet

about most things, but this is just plain TACKY!!! I " m not going to say

to much more as it has been said by others who are far more well spoken

than I. I get very, VERY offended by things that make my trust and belief

in humanity go spiralling downward. It reminds me why for the most part

(DH, my friends and present company excluded) I really don't like humans

much. OK working in customer service helps that along too... greed and

stupidity are two things I don't deal well with. I deal with both on a

daily basis. But this just takes the cake! I'm all for making a buck or

two don't get me wrong, but do some F****** WORK! I will continue to

share my recipes on line for anyone to try, tweak, or use as their own, I

don't care if you profit using a recipe I create I don't even care if you

give me credit, but DON'T take it sell it and then say you won't

reproduce it!!!!! OK, I'm going to shut up now, cause I'm starting to get

way to upset about this.
