Lie flat Hands on bar - bar goes from forehead above the face and back down. Hence - Skull crusher should you drop it! J. " This is a description from Dave Tate www.elitefitnesssystems.com : Skull Crushers: This exercise is designed to isolate the medial and outer heads of the triceps. Begin this movement by laying with your back on a bench. Take a medium to close grip on a barbell. Unrack the weight and extend your arms directly above your upper chest. Lower the barbell toward your forehead while keeping your upper arms motionless and your elbows turned inward.
