(Yet I can't lose a pound... but anyway...) Apparently he felt she has an eating disorder and wasn't getting the nurishment she needs. They went on to show her weighing herself in other episodes, and she'd say she "forgets" to eat. I think it's clear on the show that has issues with him, and is crying out for his attention. Sometimes, I get addicted to watching cosmetic surgery shows... but learning what I have now has helped me to avoid them. I don't think either of them realize how spoiled they are, either!!! By the way, there was an article in something a while back saying he physically restrained a man who became unruly on an airplane he happened to be on. He gave this interview about how he first checked the man out to rule out a mental illness issue, then used his 'martial arts training' to restrain the man until the flight landed.
