Yeah no adkins for me I like my carbs, just try to eat the good ones.

I was bad tonight and had some cheesecake but and I ate suer

healthy this weekend so I think it will be ok, and with all that

dancing I am sure we burned it all off anyhow.Look up the Zone diet

on the net. It is a diet based on the 40/30/30 plan and it makes

sense, my only thing is I cannot afford nor do I live in beverly

hills where they will creat a movie star such as Aniston a

pre packaed daily meal completely perfect in protein fat and carbs.

That is how stars live though, so for me I just kind of go by the

rule if I eat a little carbs i will eat it with some protein and

fat, etc. That is how it realy works by keeping your fat and protein

and carbs in a ratio that keeps your body in the zone, it is about

how you can keep your insulin frm going up and down dwon down, it

does work, I just don't and cannot follow it to the T ya know what I

mean I don't have a cook or whatever so I have to actually figure it

all out on my own.

It isn't too bad thogh and it makes total snese

know low carbs can cause low DHEAS too. I don't feel like messing up

my endocrine system any more!
