I've recently been hired by Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center's bariatric practice. The practice has been open for about five years and has a few thousand post-op patients. I'm pretty excited to get started and I was happy to find this group because no one else on the team is a dietitian. I'm looking for a good source for research and protocols for post-op care.
