Hi. I was just wondering if your headaches are in any way different

than headaches you have had in the past. The reason I ask is that I

have been having a problem with increased headaches and severity.

These headaches always seem to start in my neck--on one side--and

then travel to the side of my head. Then it is like my whole head

is super sensitive--including my face and the front of my neck. The

headache is most felt in my temple and will last the whole day. I

will often get nauseas and vomit. They seem to be migraines. the

difference is that these headaches seem to be from a

hypersensitivity in my head and neck. I can feel it. They almost

always seem to come on when I try to detox or take something that

kills pathogens. I am wondering if yours is the same thing. I know

you are always taking alot of supplements to kill off things. It is

very possible yours is from herxing like I think mine is. If so, I

don't have answers about how to proceed---other than to not overdo

on detoxing or supplementing. I haven't found the solution yet.

Another possibility--at least for me anyway--is hormonal upheaval.

I have been told that headaches--especially migraines---can increase

in intensity and severity during pre menopause states. I know I am

49 and my hormones must be shifting. How old are you? could this

be part of your problem? If so, hopefully when our hormones calm

down, we will have less headaches. Hope today finds you feeling

better. Hang in there!

hugs,

kathy

> Yeah WOW music is awesome. I know driving two hours to my

daughter's house is nothing because I listen to my music. I really

like 3rd Day. Do you know them. Really Christian rock. Although I

like almost ANY praise and worship song. Thank you for the

encouragement. Today is a whole different day. but I went to the

big city to see a doctor for my sinus infection, and migraines. I

was very nervous there. Drs. offices kinda bring out the panix

anxiety in me full force. I know I need to get back into walking,

and relaxing I wasn't near this high strung a few months ago. But

about my sinus infection, she said I don't have a sinus infection.

what is making my head hurt so bad? She wants to send me to a

headache specialist. Is it multichemical, TMJ, tesion + TMJ, who

knows, allergies + TMJ and tension, all of the above, none of the

above. Like most things in life its probably a combonation, but at

least, so far nothing serious can be detected. Cool. Praise God.

Love,

still happen! Yes!
