Using just plain common sense - lifting heavy means expending more energy than not lifting, or lifting light weights. How could that POSSIBLY make you fatter? Dear , you are probably already strong enough. Don't do anything! You could lift easily lift me with your hands! , maybe you should work more on the power - self-esteem stuff for a while.
