Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Is there anything in the literature or has anyone had experience enough to comment re: how long one can expect to have to consume an increased amount of protein before hair loss ceases? This is providing that the hair loss is believed due to protein deficiency (based on labs and r/o other probable causes). Also, have you seen benefits of biotin and zinc supplementation?
