Guest guest Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 Hi Everyone! I have a patient whose niacin lab came back as <0.50mcg/mL. She is about 8 wks post lap band. This patient is great, definitely taking her vitamin/mineral supplements and she follows all the rules. I am apprehensive to just supplement niacin without knowing a cause. What should we do?
