I've used lots of stuff, but there are two companies I especially like.

The first is Life Extension Foundation (www.lef.org) which puts out an

excellent quality multi-vitamin. I noticed the difference within a couple of

days after switching over to them from Centrum. Be sure to order the capsules

as the tablets were designed for the throats of large grazing animals. Also

if Niacin bothers you (flushing), you can order them sans Niacin. They sell

other, mostly health-oriented products, and are very reputable, although not

cheap.

I also like products by Optimum Nutrition. I like their protein powders and

various other products. Optimum doesn't do a lot of hype-style advertising

and gives you bang for your buck. You can find a complete product line on the

service.
