Guest guest
I would be happy to speak on the issue of mastectomy reconstruction - implants vs. other modalities...I had a mastectomy and was forced to decide between saline and silicone...yes, silicone. No other options were 'available' to me. At this time silicone can ONLY be used in a case of breast cancer, but if 'some' plastic surgeons have their way, silicone would be back on the market for all.
