Guest guest Posted August 6, 2004 Report Share Posted August 6, 2004 Ok, my plan is to try the lemonade fast and maybe throw in some juiced veggies and fruits for lunch and dinner. I'm going to try this for one day, ease into it. If successful, I will do a two day fast in a few more weeks. Do you have any suggestions for veggies and fruits?
